1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Resume Elevator AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the service.
These Terms apply to all users globally, with additional mandatory protections for consumers located in the European Union.
2. Service Overview
Resume Elevator AI is an AI-powered digital platform provided by Aura Digital B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands.
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including features, content, or availability, at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Plans and Pricing
All plans begin with a €0.01 trial for 24 hours, after which the selected subscription plan will automatically renew unless cancelled.

4. Billing and Payment
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
Payments are charged to the payment method provided during sign-up.
Prices may be displayed or charged in currencies other than EUR (€) and may vary based on your location, applicable taxes (including VAT), exchange rates, or third-party payment processor fees.
Aura Digital B.V. reserves the right to change pricing with advance notice where required by law.
Payments are non-refundable, except where refunds are required under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Cancellation & EU Consumer Rights
5.1 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time, unless required by law.
5.2 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under EU consumer protection law.
Please note the following exceptions:
By accessing and using Resume Elevator AI during the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the digital service.
Once performance has begun, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

6. Account Use & Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Sharing or reselling account access is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, content, designs, text, trademarks, and documentation associated with Resume Elevator AI are the exclusive property of Aura Digital B.V. or its licensors.
Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Resume Elevator AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted under Dutch and EU law, Aura Digital B.V. disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall be limited to the amount paid by you for one (1) monthly subscription period under your current plan, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
9. Termination
Aura Digital B.V. may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Termination does not affect any accrued payment obligations.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide you with the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
Aura Digital B.V. complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch data protection laws.

Continued use of Resume Elevator AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
